Everlon is a tried and true 1987 Hylas 47. We purchased her back in late 2017, and she has spent most of her life sailing the waters of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. Everlon is what is known as a “blue water cruiser,” meaning she was designed to handle sailing across oceans around the world… and that is exactly what we plan to do with her! In fact, we have spent the past seven years refitting her with new rigging, new ground tackle, updated electronics, more efficient solar panels and wind generator, new batteries, and SO much more. She is practically a brand new 1987 boat!
St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, is our home port and we have a mooring for Everlon in Christiansted Harbor. While we plan to return to St. Croix from time to time, our goal is circumnavigate the globe and experience the many wonders and experiences the rest of the world has to offer.
